DatenschutzPrivacy policy (Datenschutzerklärung)
FASHION REBORN · Version date: 20 August 2026
1Who is responsible for your data
Data controller:
Kseniia Chudina Art+Event, Bäderstrasse 28, 5400 Baden, Switzerland
info@fashionreborn.ch
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG / revFADP). If the EU GDPR applies to you, its provisions apply as well.
2What data we collect
- When you buy a ticket: first name, surname, e-mail, payment data (processed by the payment provider; full card details never reach us), the chosen rate and day.
- When you contact us: your e-mail and the content of your message.
- When you take part in the brand market as a seller: your name and e-mail (from the payer details), and information about the pieces you list: description, price, photos.
- When you enquire about a piece in the catalogue as a buyer: your name, e-mail, phone number if you choose to give it, and the text of your message.
- When you visit the site: technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, to the extent needed to run and secure the site.
3Why we do this (purposes and legal bases)
- Issuing and confirming tickets, communication about the forum: based on the performance of the contract.
- Answering your enquiries: based on our legitimate interest and your request.
- Taking part in the brand market: publishing pieces and the seller’s name in the catalogue, passing a buyer’s enquiry to the seller. Based on the performance of the contract and the consent you give when submitting the form.
- Accounting and mandatory reporting: based on law.
- Newsletter about the forum: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4Who we share data with
We use service providers who process data on our behalf:
- a payment provider (processing payments);
- a ticketing / newsletter service;
- website hosting.
These providers act under contract and only within our instructions. Some of them may be located outside Switzerland; in that case we ensure an adequate level of protection (for example, standard contractual clauses).
The brand market is a separate case. Here we are not a service provider but a place where two private individuals meet, so some data is visible to others as well as to us:
- the seller’s name is published in the online catalogue next to their pieces;
- descriptions and photos of pieces are published openly in the catalogue;
- when a buyer sends an enquiry about a piece, we pass their name, e-mail and message to the seller of that piece, otherwise the seller cannot reply. The seller is a private individual, not our service provider, and is responsible for how they handle this data from then on.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
5How long we keep data
We keep data for as long as the purpose of processing requires and as statutory retention periods demand (accounting records in particular: 10 years). After that, we delete or anonymise the data.
6Cookies and analytics
The site may use technically necessary cookies to function and, with your consent, analytics tools to understand how the site is used. You can manage your consent through the cookie banner and your browser settings.
7Your rights
You have the right to:
- find out which of your data we process;
- have incorrect data corrected;
- have data deleted where there is no legal basis for keeping it;
- restrict or object to processing;
- withdraw consent to the newsletter at any time.
To exercise your rights, write to info@fashionreborn.ch. If you believe we have violated your rights, you can contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (EDÖB / FDPIC).
8Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published at fashionreborn.ch.
